Well, I don't have the VFR yet... but I love to ride!

Here's a pic of the current ride. '89 GSXR 1100 w/ 63k miles on the clock.
My mileage has been goin down the last few years cause the 'ol bod just aint gettin along with the ergos 'O the Gixer. My buddy Rick "made me" ride his 02 and he swayed me. I was gonna go for the KTM 990 ADV, but he sold me on the "viffer".
So, by this time next week, I'll have my 1st new ride in almost 20 yrs... a new '07 RWB.:party2:

Was riding down the road yesterday and a fella in a high end beamer (cage) was eyeing my bike. He finally rolled down the window, asked what year and said it was an "amazingly beautiful bike", he couldn't stop staring. Gotta love those moments.

Welcome terdog, your gonna love it.

    welcome

Welcome, glad to have anyone join in. Don't forget to put the location info in on you personal settings so others in your area can tell you about local rides and activities going on! I love your choice of the RWB:party2:. If I had the money I would get that exact same one for a spare bike and for the sake of being able to say I had two VFR's one of which is the anniversary eddition! This site can be very addicting so pull up a chair and enjoy the ride!

Congrats, and welcome! Your VFR will have a good home, based on the appearance of your 1100.

Congrats on the new bike (when you pick it up)

The gixxer looks sweet. But I thought gixxers, like Camaro's, don't go in the snow? lol.

Welcome to the group terdog. Enjoy!

Thanks all for the warm welcome.

I'll see about updateing the profile.

Ya, 'ol Blue has been a great ride, never let me down once. The "smiles to the mile" have been off the chart. I took that pic 2 weeks ago, looking to see if one of my favorite roads had opened up yet.

But, its time, and I'm looking forward to next weekend and pickin up a new girl. Opps, not sure that my wife would understand that last statement...:hangme:

Right off the bat, I need to change the exhaust. My bud has a Remus slip on on his '02... NICE!
