Hello all....crash here. I paint bikes and am a tech rep for an auto paint distributer. Been wanting a vfr for a while and realized I has one sitting in my damn garage for a year. Not what I wanted (750 instead of 800fi) but my sis wadded it a couple years ago and have since moved on to an f4i. Well...I am going to fix it hopefully and put some miles on it and have some fun. I build bikes but am not familiar with the v4 AT ALL. I am looking to get some insight on mods and tweeking. I plan on doing a crash repair and upgrade the performance as much as i can in my budget (2000). It need a new front fork set-up(open to other front forks)and a complete upper with gauges and all bodywork. I work on bikes so the money is for parts only. I know the bike and it runs great with 38k miles on it and I have no money in it at this point. Maybe parts bike??? Anywho Hello and if you all need any help on paint I can provide some insight. I will troll around.....

Thanks...will do on the update. I plan on fixing it. I want to do a resto-mod project. I just need so many parts that I was thinking a parts bike was in order.
