Nice score!! I was trying to get a left exit remus off someone on this site but I was too late, maybe it was an ebay auction, can't really remember. I got a vance and hines slip on thats almost as quiet as the stocker, (much sleaker though-and lighter.) DSC014011 - VFRworld Photo Gallery
I didnt have to re-jet for the V&H so its just as well, cause I am happy with the way the bikes rides. (sort of like the fox and the sour grapes.)

Is'nt amazing how well the body work on this bike saves it from the tarmac? Mine was no stranger to the hitting the deck, then a friend shamed me into having it painted. He said, "you love that god-damn bike so fucking much, why dont you paint it one complete colour!" I did 7 years ago and am happy as shit, every time I walk into that garage, I gota look at it...the romance never ends sometimes...wish I could say that about other things in my life...

I am going by Daytona in a few weeks, right during Bike Week if you can believe that its a 300 mile trip so total will be over 600 miles. I will take my Ninja 500 just because its an 2004 bike with 20,000 something miles on it. I dont want some crazy thing to let go on the viffer and gawd-forbid lose the bike or have it damaged...

Ordered a refurbished shift lever on a whim. Didn't expect it to arrive in 2 days and coupled with the factory pro shift kit, it's damn near perfect. Shifting straight into neutral from 2nd?! what is this madness? I forgot to mention that I completely rebuilt my front brakes with new hardware, seals, and brakepads. What's everybody's experience with oil? I used Repsol 10w-40 full synthetic last time with a K&N filter.

I have thought about getting these fairings repaired somehow or just going for the airtech fairings but there's a few more projects still in need of some love. First and foremost is my 79 Toyota SR5 pickup which needs new shocks all around and bushings here and there.

This was the day I picked up another CB-1 for $300. Probably going to turn this into a track bike
    And here's the collection

Put my bike on the same dyno from last year. Lost 3 hp for 80hp flat! probably due to a different exhaust as I feel like I am running slightly richer (which means I could be getting better gas mileage)

The fuel pump relay also bit the dust so I replaced that and have a spare fuel pump in case..
