    passed my test last week and bought myself a 1999 50th anniversary VFR

    can't wait til I can pick it up:smile:

    That's the baby.

    Don't know if it was available in the US but they were certainly sold in the UK and get specific mentions in the Haynes manual. You can just about make out the badge on the fairings and the key has a 50th anniversary badge on it too.

    It has the 1960's Honda racing colours, slightly different power output and suspensin settings than the standard bike.

    Picked it up yesterday and here it is.

    Took it our for a long familiarisation ride - didn't push it too hard just learnt how it feels. Looking forward to going out again over the weekend.
