Hello all, I've been lurking around the forum for a while and thought I'd join. I am the original owner of a 1999 VFR 800Fi with 13,000 miles so far. It's had some electrical issues which I was using the forum to research. The OEM R/R was toast and I've replaced it with a wiremybike unit which is working fine. Did not do the VFRness at the time but may come back to that. Still having LCD display resetting issues and I'm looking at the grounds and ground block plus the sub harness connections based on research through your forum. Modifications: Power Commander from FuelMoto 2 Brothers Carbon slipon exhaust Sargent seat Heli bars Driven D3 grips Michelin PR4 tires Runs great, now to get the display gremlins exorcised.
:welcome: sit down, get some good advice, and have a laugh or 3 at the antics... As to your gremlins check your individual fuses...may have one slightly corroded??
