    Hello everyone,
Wow quite a forum you have here. My name is Jeff. I just acquired a 1986 VF500F. Have been going through it and lubing and fixing things. I've never owned an Interceptor or any other sport bike but I'm not new to Honda V4's. This poor bike has been sitting for many years under a car port or something. A lot of suface rust. Some of it so bad that some parts..although still functional...will need to be replace to make it look nice. Carbs are off and will be on their way to Texas for a good cleaning in the morning. There are two parts that I need and was hoping someone here could point me in the right direction. The most important parts I need right now are a gas cap (preferably with a key) and both rear turn signal stays. I will post again in the classified section. Anyone from the Nashville, TN. area?
    Jeff

we East-TN hillbillies are usually suspicious of you dang "westerners", but welcome to the madness anyway.

obviously alot of new bikes here, but we love old bikes being brought back to life just as well.

hopefully a member may be able to help. the signal stalks are prone to rot- especially outside.
just like the crazy cat lady, there are members here hoarding boxes of older parts.

Thank you abner. They say that "hoarding" is a mental illness that can be treated and gradually the "hoaders" will let go. But that's just what I hear.

Ryan Terry.....Yes I'm interested. I'm assuming it's OEM? And yes to the fuel filter. Thank you.
