Hey, I was wondering if anyone has experienced a rattling sound towards the front cam chain. I hear this noise at low speeds usually in 1st gear. I was trying to determine if my chain needs replacing or if it is something else. I have about 15000mi on the bike.
I'm not sure about this, but could have sworn I heard there was an issue with some of the chain tensioners going weird, might want to give Honda a call asap. LOL also got to chuckle, cam chain on a VFR? whats that all about? Sorry couldn't help myself. You could sell your bike and get a 5th or 4th gen
I adjusted the slack in my chain and this appears to have solved the problem. Thanks for the insight!!
