I have bought a set of OEM panniers and top box from Ebay. Everything is what it was suppose to be and is brand new out of the box. The top box is missing the rubber washers that go between the top box plate and the rack on the bike. The plate now moves and not is secure and tight. My problem is I don't know how thick it is suppose to be and what would work as a substitute. Any ideas or something else I could use would be great. I know that Honda is not going to be forthcoming with parts after reading other stories on here.
    Thanks in advance.

I had a similar problem when I purchased my oem bags used and was missing a few parts. I did some tracking down and found out I had to call Honda North Amerca about the bags themselves. Since you're in Canada, I'm assuming you would have to call Honda Canada. When I called about my missing parts, they were very very helpful, tracked down the parts I needed, pulled them off the shelves, then shipped them to me for no charge at all. I would expect the same for you so long as you explain the situation as it is. I didn't doctor my story a bit. I told them I bought the bike used, bags used, blah blah blah.
