    Hi Guys

So the problem is no spark. It all happened when my dad drove the bike and the battery was dead,we had to push start the bike. Drove it for a km and then the lights popped and the bike when dead. So the system overcharged because of the battery or something. So that's the story.

After that checked all the wires. got a new ICU and Coils and Pickups and Battery and the charging thing.
But the bike still refuses to start.

Checked all the fuses. Also checked that the ICU got power and the coils + also when the kill switch is off.

Also checked that the pickups got earth going to them from the ICU. And thy test ok.

Tested all the wiring from and to the ICU. That's the wires going to the coil, pickups,Positive from kill switch and negative. The wire going to the rev counter is also ok ant the one that goes to the rev limiter.

O and the lights and everything else seem to work.

So any Ideas that could work? I have tried everything I know and there is still no spark.

So please guys help me out

Starting system safety lock-out circuits ?? : neutral switch, clutch switch, sidestand switch if so equipped, or the diode that controls it all ??

Squirrelman has the right idea. Starting circuit needs a checking. I've some weird stuff. How about spark plug cap. Those are usually high ohms. Maybe 5,000ohms of resistance. Or the secondary wire not making contact with the cap. I bet the new ICU and coils had to be expensive.

    Sorted

Yup thanx for the input. Wa the lugs in the plugs that connect the icu and pickus and coils. When I closed the gap up it started sparking. Then it ran for a while and then stoped with carbs leaking. Afer I fixed taht, it stil wouldn't start. So after a while I checked the plugs and they where dirty and didn't spark. Fixed that and now its running good. Just one thing. How do you get the 190km/h stricter off?

    Thanx for the input guys.
