Motorcycle Racing 2013

The 2012 season is all packed up.
Testing is already underway for 2013.
Some folks ride off into the distance.
Some folks have played musical bikes.
Some folks have hopscotched series.

The first race is still a ways away. Lots of time for discussion!

 

I heard Speed channel is not going to be airing MotoGP next year.
A) Is This true? and
B) Who will be picking up the broadcast rights?

 

The trend is gonna be like boxing, football or current movies. Pay/View.

 

I'm sure someone will upload them to the interweb.

Just ordered up beIN channel so I can watch WSB today-----this really sucks-----now I have to pay instead of watchin it on speed for free

 

I'm with ya. I hear that speed is going away at the end of this year anyway. It's been dying ever since Fox bought it.

Well, there's always streaming... We're actually pretty spoiled, we don't have to hope for some form of motorsport to air on "Wide World of Sports" or read about motorcycle racing in a 50 word sports column in some local rag.

Still, mid-90's Speedvision was pretty sweet!

 

Well, the WSBK Phillip Is race on beIN Sports live streaming was pretty good.. no commercials.

 

Yep, till the evil cattle barons dam up the stream leaving us poor sheepherders with nary a drop to drink.. Holy shit, what a parable..

Worse than those 50 word rag revelations is the revising and rewriting and posting on BB's like this one of same like it was gospel.
