I just picked up an 05 vfr and I want some mods, is there anything other than pipes, power commader and K&N. I want to know if anyone has put a turbo on one yet. I love the vfr but I want big reliable power out of it, if any one has any ideas please get back to me.
I don't know if I'd go turbo if reliability is something you enjoy. The VFR from what I can tell from testimonials, very reliable, but adding a turbo to anything seems to invite troubles. I'd get the pipe first then see if you really still want more. The pipe to me is not so much for the power as the weight and the exhaust note, but I usually keep my bike below 100 mph.
