I have those on my Superhawk in addition to regular turn signals. They work pretty good. Mounts are slotted so they're adjustable.
Err if you just mean the mirrors, then they are a set of GSXR copies from the bay. Remove indicator lense, & unbolt stalk. Now this is where it gets serious, you have to break the VFR mirror lenses to get at the stalk nut ! Now get a couple of large washers, on the GSXR head, route the wires out the rear hole, drill one to clear the VFR stalk if one does not exist. Put head on stalk, place washer over threaded rod & use VFR original nut to secure the two parts together. The VFR mount has a provision for cables to pass through the fairig, but no hole in the stalk, if you are handy with a drill you might make one. I decided to route in along the back of the stalk, thus its out of direct wind blast. Hope that helps, if you look up my original 10 year refresh post, there is a link to a site with a how to with pics.
I did my GSXR mirrors just as Mohawk describes above but slipped some 1" diameter heat shrink tubing over the stalks/wires to keep the wires secure. The GSXR mirrors are 2 wire so I am working on a wiring scheme to use them as both running/turn indicators by placing a diode in line to prevent feedback to the turn signal indicators on the dash. I just used the VFR spring/washer/nut when mounting the GSXR head. The new 8G VFR uses the current CBR mirrors and has a different mount angle, very similar to the GSXR. The only difference between 5G and 6G mirrors are 50mm base vs 40mm base but the 6G has thinner stalks tapering from the mirror head to the mount base (although both are approximately 25mm/1" where they mount to the mirror and therefore can use the 1" diameter heat shrink tubing sold in boxes at Harbor Freight.
