Here in Canada, it is May long weekend (the same as your memorial day, just a little sooner). Most people go camping and freeze their butts off. Mother nature is a real bitch sometimes. I stay home and work on my house and motorcycle. Whilst I am doing so, I have my smoker going, cooking delicious food. (my second favorite hobby is cooking, right after motorcycles) Here is a few pics of what I have ion the grill. Hot wings and a brisket I will smoke for 19 or so hours. mmmmm....tasty
just got done with eating some triptip myself... i was thinking of grilling again, but I have too many leftovers to finish up first...
