    just joking..
its still winter here in ohio, and i have been on the ball this year with my winter projects.
so far this winter the VFR has got..
Brake and clutch fluid flushed and filled
new EBC HH brake pads all the way around
check sprockets for wear (great shape)
    New DID xso gold chain
Valve clearance check/adjust (had 2 out of spec and got them shimmed properly)
    New spark plugs
clean k&N filter and re oil
    Delete PAIR Valve assembly
replace water pump (it was leaking)
    flush and fill coolant
    check wheel bearings
    check steering head bearings

    things still to do..
mount and balance the new Michelin Pilot Road 2 tires (yes i have a tire machine and balancer, totally worth buying)
change oil (waiting till it gets warmer, dont want to change the oil and have it sit for another month or so)

it was my first time checking the valves on the VFR.. i have had the bike almost 2 years, and i dont know if they were checked before, so i figured it should be done. I didnt want to pay to get them done either... that and i love to learn new stuff... it wasnt as bad as i thought, i now removving the cams sces some peeople but just take your time, and its no big deal!

Now its time to finish what i started on my F4i Track bike... its getting sanded down and repainted, and then taken to my cousins shop to get some vinyl done on it.

so who else got a good chunk of there winter projects done?

P.S. im dying to go for a ride

lubed the chain, aired the tires, went riding... ;)

drove 250 miles and bought track bike... drove back 250 miles and unloaded then came on vfrworld to brag about the bike that will sit in my garage more than all the others but will sure be fun on those rare occasions when it escapes...

I've been trying really hard to get mine cleaned & detailed, but day-long rides keep spontaneously occurring!
