Omg is all i can say about the bloody rear sprocket bolts coming loose, i stripped it all down for a clean and noticed a loose bolt! so i took it off, loctite added and low and behold after a blast out with friends and every single one was loose, after closer inspection, the thread was f****ed, an ebay purchase later (bike breaking) and second hand ones arrived, so off i went again loctite, tighten and ride..........WTF now these ones are just as before.......i'm lost as to why this would be.:grief:

Did you torque them down to the right torque? Sounds like that is what is happening. Maybe you need new bolts. You should be able to get those at any hardware store.

Sounds like the bolts could be "over torqued" over time causing them to stretch (changing thread pitch). This in turn can sometimes allow an nut/bolt to back out (loosen). That or they just have so much thread lost that they are hosed. :pisser:

    A theory:
Sprockets and hub can "settle" in. After installing a new sprocket re-torque them after you have some miles on it and check occasionally. If they keep loosening after re-torque then there is problem.
