I notice on my '05 VFR there is no VFR badging of any sort. It just has the Honda decals on the tank. I know it hasn't been repainted or wrecked. And it doesn't look like anything was ever there. I also looked online and the VFR decals are on sometimes on and sometimes they are missing. It's nothing critical of course. I'm just curious why sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not??

Yeah the late VFRs have gone less racy looking. The only thing you get is the tank wings and the "interceptor" label on the tail of the bike as such (sorry for poor quality)

Nowhere on them does it say "VFR". But now that I think of it the 2010 models VFR 1200 has "VFR" on the fairing. hmmm

I was gonna post a better picture than MTB but can't find my etch a sketch. More paint bling with 07 RWB.

I don't even have the interceptor emblem on the tail. It's pure stealth. Unless you know it's a VFR, all you can tell is that it's a Honda.

2 Honda STs? Whats the mileage count on them? The carbureted ones were nicer than the FI bikes imho...

LMAO - now that's funny. Really MTB, what's up with that picture? Why even bother??

And since no one else said it, I will: "We dont need no stinkin badges"

My 2000 has nothing but the wings on the tank, and only recently did I replace the tail piece to where that now shows Honda above the tail light.

I like my bike without any stickers. The guys that want stickers usually have red bikes because they need something to make it go faster. :heh:

I'm embarrassed to say I've only got 60K on my ST and my wife only has 54k on her bike. We used to eat up the asphalt. But, the last few years we have had 3 grandchildren and a wedding. And in that same time frame we have remodeled the yard and house. So, we have been putting the majority of the miles on riding to Rallies. But when we do get to hit the road we put on some serious miles. Last August we went to Canada and clocked a little over 5000 miles in a couple weeks! We were both ready to ride another couple weeks but we had to get back to work. Without exception I think the ST1100 is the finest bike that was ever made. I've never heard a single owner say they regretted owning one.
