JTC's BIKE

Just messin, JTC hopefullly no offense taken. TC did the same thing to me as my bike has been in pieces for about 14 years. I was even suppose to be heading to my shop yesterday morning when I posted this and open it up to any parts he might need for yours. Hopefully no hard feelings.

 

I can't throw stones at VFRChuck, I always think I will have my shit together long before I do. I had planned to be almost done with this bike and am just in the meat of it now.

 

Picked up a cherry set of stock pipes toninght, will post again when I get the upper on. The bolts for the head light were not factory and will not work as they are too short.Gonna swipe a set this weekend and finish the body work and get it on the road.

 

Nice job Toe Cannot wait to see the bike. I like to try the bike when you done.

I am back on this in the morning......slacker deluxe I know (slacker with cheese)......I have been busy but got the hardware last weekend to mount the headlight and upper from Fredsncoma and will get the rest of the body work on come hell or high water this weekend.Trust me.

Felt like a cheap hooker. Toe comes in starts rifling through all my shit calling me names and talkin' about my momma, then leaves with a couple boxes of parts with not much more than a slap on the ass and see ya next time your in town. What a bastage. I feel so cheap. But hey, what are friends for?

I spent the day working on carbs and hardware issues, it is mostly together but still needs a bit oof luvin yet. Got it running but have a fuel leak (Sunday project) and still need tires and exhaust gaskets and mirror's (setting up a lap dance or two for Fredscoma for those). After the fuel leak is resolved I will take it for a spin around the block, runs prety good.Spent a large part of the day cleaning and scrubbing, the wheels are a lost cause, JTC has a deadly allergy to soap, water and Honda wheels I am guessing.:tongue:

fredsncoma, for donating parts/hardware, and last but not least ToeCutter for his tireless efforts putting her back together and making her road worthy again. Also thanks to anyone who stopped by TC's house to drink his beer and light a fire under his ass to get 'er done ( : I'd like to see this bike go to a member here, particularly a die hard 2nd gen enthusiast.
OK so here's my dilemma:
Do I compensate TC for his hard work and just donate the bike to the SLO bbq?
Have TC sell it and keep half the dough?
Raffle it off?
or start accepting applications and/or letters from people sponsoring a deserving member?

I'm completely open for suggestions.
