Went to the Isle last year for the 100th ann. It really is something to see. Rented an Interceptor in London and took it to the Isle then around England.

 

In Italy, Germany, Holland and generally all over Europe, local TT supporters organize a trip every year. You hve the choiche to go riding or flying but the matter is, you need to make reservation early even if a lot of bed and breakfast rooms may be available later on.

 

I'm with you on that, if only. one of the great races, a true test of machine and man, plus IMO it really shows what a bike has to do in real world road conditions.

 

Its on my list of things to do before I die!

 

Yup, I felt the same about Le Mans. I did that in 2006. Now on to Goodwood and then the Isle!! IoM TT takes the greatest amount of Balls period. I love the matresses tied to the light posts!!

 

If you go make sure and do Mad Sunday and watch your mirrors!!!!!

 

Thanks for the links! I guess that Speed doesn't do any coverager of the TT? That's really too bad. The greatest street bike race of all time!!!

My wife is really wanting me to take her to Ireland, so maybe I can plan the trip around the TT. Too bad she doesn't like watching motorcycle racing as much as I do.
