I'm looking to put a set of slip ons on my new 6th gen. I can't afford to buy two brand new ones so I am hoping to find some used. My question is can I find a couple slip ons that were on say a CBR or Superhawk or even a SV1000. I've never dealt with an exhaust before so I'm not sure, I've only worked on suspensions.

    Thanks guys

With the amount of under seat room you're dealing with, I doubt any aftermarket from another bike would work. I have seen a OEM Yamaha R1 exhaust on a VFR here on the board. I don't remember the member's name.

    KC-10 FE out...

I see that but since I'm only doing the slip on and not the full or even a half exhaust would I be able to find some used cans that were maybe on a CBR, (would need to find exactly the same) R1, or ZX10?

Wouldn't the custom fabrication and everything be kind of time-consuming and expensive? I've seen used ones on ebay for like 250?

I am also sure I can use my clamps, and mid pipe from my two brothers, and just stick 2 cans underneath..
