Hi ALL. Recently bought a 1985 VF1000R. Did alot of work to her. ? I pulled the carbs apart and cleaned them, along with new Uni air filter. The bike starts VERY hard. But once warmed up runs very well. Any ideas why it starts so difficultly ? Thank's, Bruce.

Are they the stock idle jets? Might need to upsize them, sync the carbs or give them another cleaning. My 1KR starts hard some of the time too but just takes a minute to warm up nicely. Yeah, we need pics!
