Hello all, my name's Colin Smith and due to my lack of imagination my forum name is also Colin Smith.
I bought a 1988 VFR quite by accident about 5 years ago here in the UK from the local dealership who just wanted to get rid, I think I paid £400.00 for it. I've been hooked on VFRs ever since. I now have a 1990 model which I bought off ebay about a month ago and am really pleased with it.
I look forward to reading all your tips and stories and hope I can contribute where I can, I'm a bit stupid though so don't hold your breaths.

    Colin

PS I'm off to post a dumb question in the general forum. Please be gentle

Good afternoon Mark. I live in a town called Shaftesbury, it's in Dorset, but only just. I don't know if you remember the Hovis bread advert from few years back where they hads a young delivery lad on a pushbike pushing it up a cobbled street? That was filmed here, and not as most assumed "oop North".
