    Hi everyone.
    I'm Pav, 34 yrs. old.
Fan of motorcycles and cars from an early age.
Recently got my first RC24 87 which I'm trying to save after it was sitting for quite some time (a couple of years).
Already did my initial tests (engine cranks ok, managed to sort out the spark, fired it up for a very short time with a starting spray as the system was full of super old gas). Currently, it is stripped naked and I'm at the very beginning of taking it all apart and bringing it back to state of full glory :)

I'll open a separate post and show it to you guys (condition it was in).

drain and FLUSH the fuel tank first thing, and look for any rust.

squirrelman thanks for your advice, will definitely do this at some point and update my main post from the build (still need to create it). I can't perform this now as I simply don't have the key yet (long story) but the original key is on its way.

I am full of hope when it comes to this project, although the bike was neglected (left outside) internals (at least the ones I've seen so far) are in good condition. Oil level good - no water present etc. Will leave further info for the main post.
