I would like to get some aftermarket headers for my 98 but can not find them anywhere. I went to the erion racing website and they said that they dont make headers for that model. I dont see them listed on the two bros website. Does anyone out there know where to look. Any help would be great.

No one makes them anymore :(

You can get replacement headers from Europe in stainless steel, but they are pricey. If you need to replace your stock headers you would be better off to get a used set of OEM pipes and have them ceramic coated.

Know if it will mate up to a Staintune can?

Would anybody be willing to photograph your headers
(Erion or Two bros) and measure the pipe diameters and send to me? I would like to have a set for myself but if anybody else would be interested maybe make 50 sets for sale.

You do realize that buying headers for your year of bike 1998 has very little advantage for the cost.
    I'll explain:
Factory pipes for 98-99 are 45mm tubes with no catalytic installed.
Factory pipes on 2000 and up are 43mm tubes with a catalytic installed.

Simply put is you have a header pipe that is already sufficient to handle any slip on muffler with maximum performance. The money would be better spent on other mods to get the best bang for your buck.

    good luck
