Head lamp bulbs

Anyone use or used after market brighter bulbs? if so what?

 

There are at least two extensive threads on this. The quick and easy answers to get a pair of OSRAM night breaker H4 bulbs. Break the bottom tabs off and it works like a charm.

 

I tend to ask vs, research i mean who doesn't like to rehash topics right?

I would stick with the 60w/55w because, well, we all know about Honda's light gauge wiring so why chance melting something.....
I do see a difference over the stock 45w/45w.

 

Anything higher will exceed charging capacity, did that on my 2003, oops. Couple days later battery ran down 10 mi from home.
