   i have an 86 vfr that is difficult to shift any suggestions on how i can solve this problem. it seems like i have to push down or pull up hard to shift. anyone know how to fix this ????? any advice is helpful ???

   Never had that problem, but you might try bleeding the clutch? Let us know what you find. Good Luck.
