got arrested today.

i disagree. from my perspective the cop falsified information on the ticket which caused me to be wrongfully arrested. not that i was ever read my rights. that alone leaggly would get everything dissmissed if the law ment anything in american courts.

not to mention iv now got to pay 1 grand to a lawyer to keep from bring screwed by the courts.

 

The Riders Guide to the Galaxy states that when passing moose, its best to avoid the situation all together as moose dont like to be passed while trucking 80km/hr down the highway. If you must ride past a moose, close both eyes.

Now the manditory silly is done.
Where I ride moose are a real danger. they will run from the bush and take up a lane split on single lane highway. kinda fun finding out how good your breaks work

 

i have been asked if i worry about hitting deer. the thoght is pretty scary. iv seen what a high speed intersept course run though can do from a deer and front end of a car.

 

Coming back from Sportbike West a buddy and I were on that toll freeway headed towards the Can/Am border. We were rolling along about ______ and saw a moose just standing in the middle of the freeway. Not familiar with all the traffic laws and regs in Canada we gave the big fella right of way as a citizen.

Down South here, deer are a problem but elk are a bigger problem..Deer are skittery and elk have serious attitude.

you: here you go
officer: (after running your DL) did you know you have a warrant?
you: for what?
officer: looks like a failure to appear. I 'm going to ask that you step off the motorcycle and place your hands behind your back.
you : what the fuck...I didn't do anything. What ticket?
officer: yes sir , I need you to comply with my orders. once we get to the station we can figure out what is going on.

were you actually "thrown" in jail ?
