Hi all. I'm new to this forum. I do frequent some other VFR forums however. i am a long time VFR 'tragic', having purchased a VF750FD brand spanking new back in '83. I have been a fan of them ever since. I had a 5th gen and a 3rd gen and just this week picked up a 2010 6th gen. It is pretty much standard mechanically, and while its great in the handling and brakes department, compared to my recently sold 3rd gen, the seat is too hard and the fueling unbelievably bad - for a Honda. I have started a list of mods that must be done before I can completely fall in love with it. While I have always been critical of the Vtec system, considering it to be trying to solve a problem that never existed, I am beginning to see its merits. I would still rather have a 5th gen motor in the 6th gen frame however. Ciao, Morpheus

You join a fair few members down-under so when you get time you may want to update your forum profile (forum Actions/Edit Profile) to include the specs of your VFRs and an approximate location - city/state is fine. That way if you are looking for company for a trip or help with an issue, you just may find someone is nearby and willing to swing by - especially if you have a well stocked beer fridge.
