Georgia supports its farmers

There have been numerous times when I riding through National Forests and distinctly smelled Ganja.

Lol. First time I ever saw a smoke ahead sign, so odd happened to be in north Georgia, I just put the stupid caption with it.
What was really going on is they had a little machine that cut around the outside of a manhole cover about 6 inched deep or so. It did make alot of smoke tho' their was smoke coming out of storm drains, the vents on top of houses , and in the air around the machine.
