    Has anyone had trouble shifting?
My 93 has a habit of missing 6th. When going from 5th to 6th it goes to neutral and I find myself coasting at freeway speed. I hate when that happens... After a recent miss, I banged it up to 6th and now it seems to shift harder in all gears. Any comments or suggestions?

I never had a problem out of my 3rd gen. But there is a kit you can get that makes shifts more positive. Check here for a shift star kit: http://www.factorypro.com/

I have noticed another thread about this issue. To install the factory pro shift kit does the motor need to come out or just remove the side case??

I put in some Lucas 10-40 and now it shifts great. We shall see how long it lasts. I suspect by 3000 miles it is back to its old ways.
