Rollin, um, I thought you were selling your bike and you got 2 bikes out of commission? Anyway the plan so far is to meet up at the turner's corner up at 129 around 10 am then go up 129 then 348, have some lunch at Helen and ride back. It's not a real long trip, I wish it could be but my money's tight now.
Yes the 6th Gen is still for sale but I am gonna ride it moderately until my new 3rd Gen is back on the road. I'm actually taking the newly acquired 3rd Gen to a private mechanic on Sunday morning to give me an assesment and to try to get it running again. I was hoping to go for a ride in the late afternoon. Well I hope you got your bike home all right. That gives a new meaning to the term "racing slicks". I'm sorry you couldn't get to enjoy the rest of the day but at least your bike and your body is still in one piece. I got to say I'm amazed you didn't crash with the tire all covered in oil!!
me too. i just now got it all back together its 4:35. im really bumed about not getting to finish.atleast i didnt wreck.
