    Hi all, I'm looking for recommendations on frame sliders you've fitted. My bike is mint so I'd rather drill a couple of holes in the fairing than her being a write off! Thanks in advance

    I have R&G ones, expensive but apparently good, till I crashed at 180km/h bike fell over , sliding for a while on it's side and eventually crash pad broke off:( Mine was mint too...Took a lot of beating have to say!!!

    Ouchhhhh! Man that's my worst nightmare were you battered and bruised? I was thinking more of the little patch of diesel at a roundabout that scraped the heck out of her beauty

    Rear tyre just exploded. It was a track day:D Yes, I was hurt, but gathered all parts, put together what I could and rode back home 100km :D VFR never dies:)
