I,m just about to pull my forks apart,any one got any idea what seals you have to change,what weight oil is best and do I need any special tools?any help would be great...cheers.
forks What model vfr do you have Early models = easy using part number 51490kaz003 (2 of) and 15 weight fork oil, only normal hand toolsrequired Later models =cartridge forks using 51490mn8305 (2 of) and 5w fork oil Specialist tool required although this can be easily made
