Flashing Lights

I've seen a few bikes in passing that have flashing or pulsing head lights. Is this something that can be added easily. Maybe just wire a gadget in the circuit. Sounds annoying but you can see these a mile away. Very visable.

Just check state/local laws before you do that.

California doesn't allow it since it makes you look like an emergency vehicle.

Since the number 1 reason for motorcycle crashes with another vehicle(cages) is" I didn't see the motorcycle" the US Govt Congress recently passed a law stating that no state, not even California, can make headlight modulators for motorcycles illegal.
