I have read that and looked at the pics and have to say the bike does look nice buy there are a few things Honda has to fix. It looks like a nightmare to clean. Where the vents are by the front headlight dirt has passed through to where your knee will rest on the other side. How do you get in there to clean. What looked like the rear side of the exhaust was coated in crap after a short ride and he has washed it already. The owner has said he did not get the luggage as it was small and does not seem to fit securely to the bike. We then have all the rest of the problems like gas tank etc and the price of $18300 CDN plus 5% gst and its no way game over.

I guess that would be me then!

It's no more difficult to clean than any other bike and I had given it only a quick wash before taking the pictures, so don't read in to too much. If i spend enough time cleaning I could get it looking fine, so don't worry! I didn't get the luggage because it was expensive, not because it was too small. It is smaller than the VTEC luggage mind. I have since ridden a model with luggage fitted and it is a lot more secure than I first thought, as it attaches to the tail unit and also the rear footrest.

To answer some concerns that I've seen on here; weight - don't write it off until you have ridden it. It's easier to push around than a Blackbird, handles so much better when riding and turns as quick as an 800. Badly placed weight can make a 200 kg bike feel bad. Tank range - I am getting 45-46 mpg (imperial) which is better than my Blackbird. Full to empty would be 190 miles. Whilst I agree it's not in the 200+ mile mark, it's certainly no where the scaremongering figures from the press. Cost - we're paying more than you guys in the US but our price is pitched within £50 or so of the similarly spec'd BMW. No one complained about the price of that bike. If it's priced more in Canada or Oz then that's a shame, but over here all bike prices are going up dramatically. It may be that this is just the first model to highlight the fact.

Oh and the turn signals are not LEDs, they are regular bulbs. There are LED running lights built in to the back of the mirrors but these are not the turn signals.

Fell free to chuck any more questions my way.

    Steve
