Finally picked her up !!

Dont know if this has worked but I've just picked up my dream bike. It is a white 1986 VFR750. The engine seems to run quite fine but loud as the mufflers are stuffed. Have'nt found any leaks of any sort yet but I haven't taken her clothes off yet, thats job number one! I dare say I'll be on this forum fairly often now. Hope the photos worked, If they didn't please tell me how to do it. Cheers.....Rod.

It's a 6/86 model. How do I tell f1 or f2?

 

The FII came with square gauges , vs. round for the FI. There were some FII produced in '86, most in
'87 like mine. Welcome to the forum! Aloha.

 

Yeah mine has the square so I guess it's an F2. Gunna be a long slog getting her back to her beautiful self!
