This has been answered...but I just forgot...I ride a 98 VFR my FI light just came on.. does it mean I need to take it to the shop???
If the bike is still running ok, you may just need to reset it. The procedure for diagnosing/resetting is in the honda repair manual, but the jist of it is there is a plug under the seat and you jumper it to reset. I think it's the outside wires. Someone sent a pic to me showing which is the proper plug, but I'd read the manual before attempting this one just to be sure.
