hi, my name is Lee. i need to find out if its possible to fit a post-1990 fairing to a 1988 bike? i'm new to bikes n have recently bought a 1988 vfr750 with damaged fairing. can someone advise me on this. any help will be much appreciated. thanx.
Hi Lee, the amount of work to adapt a later fairing to your VFR would be staggering. You'd have to custom fabricate a couple of dozen brackets, and who knows where you'd find mounting points on your frame/engine. It'd be a real nightmare.
