F2 interceptor wind screen

hey, i have seen alot of threads about wind screens on the newer bikes and seeing alot of double bubble and some other great options. but i have a 1987 F2 700... and im giving it a face lift.. i was wondering if anyone had tryed to put a non OEM windscreen on the older gen bikes and what worked and what didnt.. i dont mind doing a little bit of body work because i will be repainting the entire bike but i would like to keep the look of the bike fairly stock.. i dont want to turn it into something its not...
