Does your VTEC vibrate?

Hi all. I had the opportunity to do some fairly high speed overtaking maneuvres on the weekend, at times up around 9000 RPM. The bike seemed to vibrate a lot at those RPM, but this did not appear to be dependent on actual road speed, as I was sometimes in 3rd and others in 4th etc. Bike has done about 12000 kms, and I have had it for 9000 of those. I basically commute on it, so don't see VTEC a lot, but I checked VTEC this morning, and even in 1st gear there is a definite vibration through the whole bike when VTEC kicks in, and the vibration worsens as the revs increase.
Bike is basically stock, has had o2 sensors replaced with resistors, and that's about it.
Has anyone else had this happen?

    Thanks

I have a 04 with 30,000 miles on it. Commuter bike too. So doesn't see the v-tec too often. But never noticed a bad vibe in the bike at high rpm's. The bike has a slight increase in vibrations, but nothing that stands out or gets worse with rpm. If it were me, I would maybe see what feedback I get, but also think about going through the bike and checking a few bolts. Just to make sure everything is tight. Call and ask your local honda dealer's service dept. I've had good luck in calling with a question and getting feedback before. Good luck, curious to see the outcome.
