Delinking the Brakes

    Hey gang,
    I have had my VFR800 back together for a whole 3 weeks now from being down about a year. Why was it down? Well I had to be a geek an attack the brakes - I like them separate. Its posted in the VFR info/how to stuff. Check it out - and comment here.

    I saw the how-to. Looks good man. I don't havelinked brakes but if I did I would delink them.

    Thanks- I had a '95 for about 6 years and going from that bike to the '98 brakes just drove me wacko. I owned the '98 for about a whole month before I decided to do surgery. I thought it would only take about 6 weeks...Yeah right! Hazards of being an engineer geek...

    I had my Valkyrie - so I wasnt totally 2wheel less. The big ass Valky sucks as a sportbike though, and I tried to bum sporty bike ride here and there.

    Still - I will never again go that long without something to drag knees with.
