    Hey, I'm looking at picking up this '94 this weekend potentially, what are your thoughts oh viffer gurus. It's got 29,000 miles.

    I'd say $2.5k ("firm") is kinda' high for 29,000 miles.

    +1, I paid $2K for my 93 that had about the same mileage at the end of last year. Offer less siting that times are tough and you don't have the cash.

    I was thinking the same thing, that's why I put in an offer of 2k and he said he'd take that. Does that seem more reasonable?

    $2K seems reasonable, $1800 would be better... either the pictures or bad, or the paint needs a tuneup, but no biggie

    we might need a new forum topic for VFR painting and bodywork - all generations

    I think it's just bad photos. I'd lay money down that the paint looks better than it's showing in the photo.

    would he happy to start one with the basics, just repainted one of my lowers... didnt take pix, so according to 2wheel'tone it never happened, but I repainted my whole bike 2 years ago and have lots of tips/links etc

    Craig's pics always look like crap.

    The ad for the '96 I bought featured photos that made it look like it was painted matte pink! :tongue:
