Here I thought that Barbie bathtime was part of quality control techniques like inspecting Holloween candy for needles

    Ok here goes

my first MC experience was on the back of my Dad's soft tail custom harley. And then a sportster. etc etc etc

Bikers are bikers. Dogs are dogs. People are people. Half of all of them are...not worth the effort. But the other half make it all worth it:cool:

it's like my work: it drives me nuts. I'm a charter pilot. I fly lear jets and a new "vlj" phenom 100 (lookitupitsawesome) Even in a professional business such as mine we catch pilots who hate on each other because of the plane they were ASSIGNED to fly by the company that employs them. Really? C'MON MAN!

this random thought was brought to you by a 12 pack of miller lite:crazy:

I live with two of the greatest people I know, and they both ride harleys. We bash the crap outta eachother all the time, but when it gets down to it they're not the stereotypical HD douchecanoe's that we rag on all the time. The one's that AREN'T assholes know it. The one's that are insist on telling us about our lil Jap tinker toys and how we should get a "real" bike. The one guy I know that ALLWAYS asks me when I'm getting a "real" bike, still refuses to take me up on my offer of goin ridin'.......................strange.

Try riding a Brit bike, that they constantly mistake for a "Jap" bike, then explain to them that Triumph/Norton is where it all started, that Marlon Brando rode a Triumph (in the movie), that HD's weren't even used by most "bikers" back then, and you know what you get? "Naw, look at that thing, it's gotta be a rice-burner..." Most HD girlies don't even know the history of their own brand, or the origin of the "biker culture"... So, there ya go, posers to the last.

LOL! Those who do not even take the time to look shit up, make it up. Lee Marvin and "The Beetles" rode HD's in "The Wild One" . Brando rode a Triumph because he had one and maybe couldn't figure out how to shift a Harley.. or an Indian.

At the "All Harley" drags (drag racing as opposed to "in drag') the fuelers burn nitro, a byproduct of rice, made in China.

Except for that one Chicanaut who went bonkers, we have yet to see any of the NASA folks blowing each other's shit away, or flashing thier tits.. Some of which should never be flashed IMO..

Or he just liked its better handling ?

Just watched Clints old movie Coogans Bluff where it ended is a surprisingly good motorcycle chase involving a Triumph riding villain being chased by Clint also on a Triumph, can't imagine a HD of the time pulling off the same stunts.

Hi there VFR peeps. First post here. Figured I'd rattle my cage since I own both an Electra Glide and a VFR.

1- I'd hate to be so lousy a rider that a guy on an E Glide could beat me on a VFR.

2- I own both because I like to be able to choose the right tool for the job at hand.

3- Like Rick Perry I can't recall what #3 was.............

Now back to your regularly scheduled bad weather bad mouthing.
