Any way to repair a small crack in my double bubble windshield, less than an inch long at this point, but I would expect it to grow. Never heard of a way to repair a crack like that, but wondering if anyone else has.

In aircraft we stop drill the crack, that is, a very small hole drilled at each end of the crack, it will stop the crack from progressing further. If you have a plastics store near you (Like Tap Plastics) they have a crack filler that will help hide the crack and the holes. The drill bit should be very small, around 1/6" or .062, also if you can find a drill for plastic it would be best. A regular bit will cut into the plastic to much to fast and will crack even more. You can also dull the bit with a fine grinder. Go slow, VERY light pressure, if you can find a place that doesn't show and practice there it would be best.

    Good luck.

I will go on the same response as the previous, drilling. Also in the world of cars that is the way to repair cracks.

You probably have some tension in the windshield mounting that is causing the crack to expand. Might be a good idea to loosen the bolts for the windshield and retighten them.
