Competition Werkes Fender Eliminator

The P.O. put one on my 99, but incorrectly. Unfortunately, the Comp.Werkes directions are hard to follow. Can anyone help?

If anyone has this on their 5th Gen, please take some higher resolution pictures for me. I'd like to get an idea of how it's supposed to look. The directions are pretty vague and the quality of the images is below $hit.
