So I tried to start my bike yesterday morning just got it running in the garage. The battery has been hooked up to a battery tender the entire winter, gas tank was filled before putting it up and the last time I started it up it ran beautifully (on center stand).

Now (2 months later) I come to find that the bike doesn't want to turn over. The headlights go on, FI light is on, I hear the fuel pump preload, but when I pull in the clutch (gear is in neutral), and hit the ignition all I hear is clicking. I believe this is the starter relay right beneath the gas tank/seat. I checked it out and could just hear and feel it clicking. But thats where the effort stops. I haven't had a chance to look at the fuse but I'd imagine that it's fine since it clicks.

My next thing to check would be the battery. Other than that, what other culprits are there?

To confirm the battery is the culprit what you can do is push start the bike. To do so put the bike in 2nd gear, pull the clutch and push the bike to a semi-running pace and pop the clutch. If it starts then the problem is the battery.
