First off I know nothing of these batteries, just passing along the information I was forwarded.

They show a battery for a '98 VFR for about $26 and $10 shipping. I know nothing of the quality
or if the batteries even fit the bike, I didn't look that close, but you're on a Ramen Noodle diet and
need some quick juice, these may work.

Again, I can neither confirm nor deny, anything about these batteries. YBMV.

From my experience of cheap batteries, is that they don't last long.

You'll get no real argument from me, but for someone that is operating on the cheap, this might
get them by until they can afford better. Sometimes $60 more can be hard to come by.

Or a cheap battery for a project bike.

I don't know how old it was but my bike came with one of those and it just died on me about 1 month ago. It looked fairly new but I didn't check for any dates.

I'm guessing the seller stuck that on there to sell it. Which would have made it only 1 year old when it died. He was a very infrequent rider and the bike was mostly just sitting, that's why I am guessing he put it on there just for the sale.

if those are yuasa , they should be good. it's a big brand. I have bought batteries from battery sharks before and they looked like a no name brand and lasted as long or longer than the other sets we had.

I get mine off of Ebay, they come from Indiana, Chrome Battery is the name of the unit, 35 shipped fully juiced @ 13.01 in your mail box! first one lasted exactly three years, bike got used regularly. I replaced the other one just because, it still tested ok but they are inexpensive enough. I have them in all three bikes I own. I think the sister company is called Western PowerSports. Anywho- :mech:
