    Hi
I have a Honda VFR 800 2005. After tightening the chain I make sure the bolt is tighten to. But after riding the bike just few miles the chain is loose again. Any idea what the problem might be?

I recall the pinch bolt is a specific length and HAS to be used with the spacer/brake hose holder. Without that, the bolt is bottoming out in its borehole and not applying tension to the pinch on the axle adjuster.

^^ agreed. chain must be set for proper tension at the tightest spot (while turning the wheel) , and if it then has excessive looseness at other spots.......time for a new chain and sprockets. and there goes over $200 :toiletclaw:

At 24k, I'd replace the chain and sprockets. I'd also check for tight spots. If the chain has more slack in some places than other, it's another indication of wear.

Let me say it again: chain AND sprockets. It's generally false economy to replace only the chain.
