I bought a center stand from 4th gen VFR to install on my 3rd gen. Went to install it but can't figure out where the heck this thing should go. I don't see anywhere it could possibly fit, or where it could bolt in.

I can kinda snake the stand in and around the collector pipes, but can't get it to anywhere it could bolt on, or even be able to use it in an operational manner without it hitting part of the exhaust.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

    4th gen cente stand

I do NOT believe the 4th gen center stand is the same.
But I do not know if it can be made to work. I do know the the frame attachements for the rear lower metal fairing pieces comes out and the center stand has new places to attach these to as well as to the main frame ears down from the block. The exhaust should be inside this frame.

I bought a mid 90's centerstand off of Ebay that did work absolutely not fit on my '91 steed and had to return it.
