    Yep, you have to drop it SIX more times!

    <ducks>

    Just poking at you Randy. I dropped mine the first time I took it off the center stand. I didn't think about the side stand bouncing the bike on it's side. doh...

    Congrats! You have logged a lot of miles dude. I have 33k on my 5th gen. Got it with 17k on it 3 years ago. I intend to wear it out if I can!

    Nice to know that I'm not the only one who has ever taken the bike off the center stand only to have it fall over when it bounces off the side stand. As far as valve adjusts go, mine has 66,000 km's and the valves were just checked and no shims were required according to the dealer. Previous owner did the first check at 45,000 km's and no adjustments were required.

    Congrats on the milestone Randy. Looks like another sunny day on the wet coast. I can't say the sunny Okanagan (cough, cough) is doing much better. Been raining here for the last two days straight.

    I will look you up next time I ride through that way enroute to Vernon. A beer is in order. Probably won't be until next year though. The Coq is a bitch on a bike this time of the year.

    Sounds good to me Randy

    I understand the Coq shall be hit with a smattering of the (ssssssshhhhh) white stuff today. Here's hoping the sun will be out in the greater Vancouver area today, and may the sun shine on your daily commute. I am hoping to ride at least one day every month from now until April. Hope mother nature agrees with me this year.
