    Hi everyone!
I am looking into buying my first VFR and can't make up my mind.
Ive been riding two bikes for a few seasons now, a 1983 Yamaha RZ350 and a 1989 Yamaha Vision XZ550. Ive been looking at a few different VFRs but the ones that i really like a 1995 750 and 1993 750. I've been researching these forums trying to find out what the differences are to help me decide.
    Any suggestions?

Boy there's a lot of minor differences, to be able to pick up on a good part of them, you'd need both side be side other than the obvious white versus red.

I tired me best to find the same angles of each so you could get a good start.

I'll throw this out there, 5th & 6th Gen are fuel injected. To me, this is a very valuable property.

    KC-10 FE out...

I am open to suggestions. I'm new to vfrs and you guys know whats what with this bike for sure.

When i was thinking differences i meant more of mechanical differences and reliability issues more than color.
The 93 and 95 that I found both are listed for around the same price 3500. is this too much for a clean example?

Ive never owned any fuel injected motorcycles. Are there any issues with the early model injected vfrs?

I do like those white wheels though...

It's about the same for parts cost wise and availability. Biggest diff in the motors where cam timing and more efficient carbs, actually they are smaller on the 4th gens but yet make a wee bit more power. as theres a small bump in compression too. The rear wheel on the 4th is lighter and narrower, some real minor valving was done in the forks and I know the rear shock is different, you can't swap em out, also there's a bit of diff in rake and trail with a different frame. Heard the 4th is a tad lighter but not by much to really notice. Biggest thing was Honda wanted something a wee bit sporty looking by going this way. aka NR750 look, so 90% is cosmetic. Other wise it's VFR through and through, also a very good looking one thats hard to find and yes $3500 IMO for a clean one would be a fair price for either.
